RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your YAMA purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item unless the item is faulty or received in error. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for UK customers, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the same return conditions and be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their original item. Once your return has been approved, your replacement item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Exchanges are available for the same product in an alternative size, where stock is available.

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for international orders. International customers wishing to change size should return their item for a refund (where eligible) and place a new order.
