Returns

At YAMA, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In its original condition with all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yamashop734@gmail.com with photographs and details of the issue.

We will assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or style, the quickest option is to return your original item and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs on exchanges unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
